Join Chef Nathan for an introduction to classic French cooking from canapés to crème brûlée.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Nathan will guide you through traditional French techniques from mise en place to building sauces. You will use classic ingredients such as wine and herbs to enhance the flavor of each dish.

First, you will craft delicate cucumber canapés. Next, learn the proper method for preparing fatty fish like salmon in a buttery buerre blanc sauce paired with sautéed green beans and caramelized onions. For dessert, Chef Nathan will teach you the secrets to creating a luscious crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
