Bring vegan Ecuadorian food to life in your kitchen with Chefs Luis and Sabrina.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chefs Luis and Sabrina will guide you in turning classic Ecuadorian recipes into show-stopping vegan dishes. Get ready for a meal full of color, flavor and inventive ingredients.

After slicing vegetables for a hearts of palm appetizer, you will learn how to make a vegan chorizo rice dish peppered with fresh vegetables as well as crispy potatoes in a umami-filled peanut butter sauce. For dessert, mix a handful of vegan ingredients like coconut flakes and almond flour for a chocolate pie.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This course was fantastic- the food was super tasty and I learned a lot about how to prepare these dishes and about cooking tips generally. Also just an awesome time- the chefs are nice and fun and I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone interested
