Chef Vince leads you through cooking fresh seafood fare from beautiful coastal Spain in this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn how to expertly prepare perfect seafood dishes with traditional Spanish spice blends.
Start with shrimp cooked in garlic, paprika and peppers alongside crusty bread. The main dish, a zesty seafood paella with chorizo and homemade aioli, will have your mouth watering. Finally, Chef Vince will teach you how to make perfectly crunchy-yet-soft churros dipped in a sweet chocolate sauce and garnished with berries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Chef Vince’s passion is providing the Tucson area with healthy dishes that are also flavorful and satisfying.
