Chef Linda shares the delicious culinary traditions of the Sonoran desert in this informative hands-on cooking class. Discover depths of taste and texture cultivated by a blend of regional cultures.

Begin your session by crafting a creamy queso fundido with homemade tortilla chips and vegetable spears for dipping. Then, prepare a Southwestern take on lasagna featuring poblano chiles and cheese and make a Mexican green salad seasoned with cumin-lime dressing. For dessert, concoct your own Mexican hot chocolate cookies.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
