Cooking Class - A Grilled Pizza Soirée - Miami

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Grill up your own individual pizzas with Chef Rachel as your guide.

Chef Rachel will teach you how to grill — yes, grill — pizza in this hands-on cooking class that will utilize your outdoor space or indoor stove-top grill to create the ultimate pizza party.

To start, learn how to make Chef Rachel's famous spicy watermelon and feta salad. Then, it's time to light up the grill, prepare your homemade pizza dough and choose from a plethora of seasonal and fresh toppings for your personalized pizza. Finish by making a cool and refreshing plate of tart berries, mint sugar and lemon cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Booked the class Upscale Cocktail Hour Eats with Chef Rachel

This was one of the tastiest experiences we could've asked for! Rachel was friendly and professional. She was interactive and shared some great tips well beyond what was needed for what we were preparing. We look forward to doing this again!

Insert: "Chef's Kiss" - Chef Rachel is BEYOND! Her smile is infectious, her food is delicious and her passion for what she does is evident in her meals, plating and interactions with her clients. Her menus are always fresh and her spin on healthy food is inventive and approachable. I'd recommend her over and over and over again. If she is ever in your neck of the woods, do NOT MISS OUT on hiring her for your next event!

Rachel makes the most amazing meals! She is happy to work around any special dietary requests and is such a pleasure to be around. I've had a few friends use her as well and they've loved her too!

We were devastated when Rachel left Chicago! She was an incredible chef and we were lucky (and spoiled) to have her and her amazing and healthy food!!! We used Rachel for an important private event and it was flawless (and our guests still talk about the food). During Covid, we ordered food from her every week! Now I just have to convince her to ship us some of her specialties like her Avocado Crema :)
