Cooking Class - Cooking With Five Ingredients or Less

Get ready for a lesson in efficient and delicious cooking and learn easy-to-make dishes.

During this cooking class, Chef Mary will show you just how easy it is to create your own from-scratch dishes without using complicated recipes or ingredients.

She'll show you how to prepare a cheese and potato starter and an apple fennel salad. Next, cook up a simple casserole, roast chicken with sausage and make decadent gluten-free peanut butter cookies for dessert. By the time you leave the class, you'll have mastered the art of efficient cooking.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
