Get ready for a lesson in efficient and delicious cooking and learn easy-to-make dishes.

During this cooking class, Chef Mary will show you just how easy it is to create your own from-scratch dishes without using complicated recipes or ingredients.

She'll show you how to whip up a fresh melon soup infused with avocado and berries, craft your own homemade pasta, roast broccoli with lemon and poach seasonal fruit with red wine and brown sugar. By the time you leave the class, you'll have mastered the art of efficient cooking.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
