Cooking Class - Sophisticated Spanish Tapas
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Sachet will teach you how to prepare a vibrant selection of Spanish tapas from start to finish. Learn how to expertly balance flavors and textures in shareable bites as you practice a variety of culinary techniques.
Showcase regional ingredients with a nutty and briny olive and Romesco flatbread with garlic and salty feta. Next, you'll prepare a classic paella with chorizo and prawns. Dress chicken lollipops with spicy peri peri sauce before finishing the meal with crispy cinnamon churros and Mexican hot chocolate.
