What an awesome experience! Chef Miguel was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was a great teacher. Things we didn't know he gave us easy to understand instruction, and what we did know, he made us feel good about the job we were doing. The setting for the class was very well kept and Chef kept his workplace tidy and very professional. The baked goods that we were able to complete were spectacular and made us feel like we were real life bakers! We are very much so looking forward to working with him again. We can not stress this enough.. If you have the chance to take a class with Chef Miguel, DO IT! You are in great hands!

Pad Thai and shrimp. I learned how to make shrimp tempura, and that I can season rice in oil and herbs before it’s cooked. I would recommend this class to everyone. My suggestions for improvement are directed to non-food things. I would suggest that we at least introduce our names prior to starting and that a stool will be available for everyone to sit on to rest during the class and when it’s time to enjoy the meal.

My partner and I did the surf and turf class, and loved it. We are both decent in the kitchen, but usually just the basics. This class helped us learn tips and tricks that will help us elevate a lot of meals. The staff was very helpful and worked with the group so that we call got to experience a part of the food making process. Will definitely look for future classes!

We made bruschetta, potato gnocchi, and tiramisu. Chef Miguel was a very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional teacher. We had a very good time and lots of laughs, looking forward to scheduling another lesson with Chef Miguel. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to expand their culinary knowledge.

This was an awesome experience. I would definitely suggest it. We made bruschetta, gnocchi, marinara sauce, and tiramisu; most of it from scratch. It was so flavorful and delicious it has ruined typical pasta and marinara sauce for us. We only want fresh now. Chef Miguel was very knowledgable and fun to work with. You will not regret this class.

This was my first time attending one of the cooking sessions, and I must say they did not disappoint. I was more than satisfied. The chef, Gabby, was awesome! She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind, which truly made for a great experience. Oh, and the food was delicious! My daughter and I both thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and I would highly recommend it.

Chef Gabriella “Gaby” was fantastic! We had a small group of 4 & it was intimate & we learned so much & had so much fun cooking. Chef Gabriella was very knowledgeable, kind & patient. Coming again with friends & family for sure! Thank you Chef Gabriella!!

Chef Aeisha was fantastic and she made cooking so fun for our group (especially my daughter)! I might even bring my son to the next one because even though he doesn’t have much interest in cooking, I feel like Chef Aeisha would even make it fun for him! A wonderful class with a fantastic chef! The food was terrific and Chef Miguel gave us some very helpful culinary tips. He was very engaging and obviously a talented chef. Highly recommend both the class and the Chef Miguel.

Fun date night! Our instructor explained and demonstrated everything in a way that was easy to replicate. Our class size was small too, so it felt cozy and more intimate for a date night with my husband.

Our class was led by Chef Marsha, not Chef Ethan like this says. Marsha was a very fun and passionate teacher and gave lots of great tips that I will take back to my own kitchen. It was great to hear from a pro about her essential kitchen tools and WHY they are so important to her. This event was a lot of fun, the food we prepared was extremely tasty, and my wife and I are already thinking about doing another class. Feedback - the address provided was for a strip mall with several stores. Including the name of the store where the class is hosted in the description/invite would be helpful

We had such an amazing time with Chef Miguel! The joy of crafting beautiful pastries in such a supportive and energetic setting made the entire experience a delight from start to finish. It was an absolute blast! The pastries were absolutely delicious! I found myself eagerly anticipating the next treat to come out of the oven, and I was never disappointed. Would highly recommend taking his class :)

Miguel is a french chef that is very knowledgeable about food and is so passionate about what he does. He is a great chef and an even better instructor. The class was well-organized and he provided everything using the highest quality of ingredients. From start to finish the experience was amazing and left us with newfound culinary skills and a deep appreciation for cooking. He definitely fostered a lasting impression and connection with us and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We made ravioli with two different fillings - butternut squash with brown butter sage sauce and ricotta/mozzarella with pancetta tomato sauce. Loved the instruction part. I felt the chef really liked taking about herself. Never received the recipes emailed like she promised. Something they don’t tell you, the kitchen doesn’t have a take out license so we were unable to take home any leftovers
