Although Korean BBQ is known for its roasted meat, the vegetarian dishes deserve just as much attention. During this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare dishes bursting with the beloved flavors of Korean BBQ but without any of the meat!
Begin with a tangy kimchi salad before preparing your main dish: Daikon radish bulgogi served with a spicy cucumber salad and barley tea jasmine rice. Then, end on a sweet note as you whip up Korean sweet pancakes with potatoes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience was incredible!! Chef Jenna was absolutely amazing!! We loved her! She was very knowledgeable, hardworking, and very sociable! It was like learning and cooking with a friend. We learned a lot of practical cooking tips, had so much fun, and then enjoyed a delicious meal!!! I would highly recommend this experience to others. It exceeded our expectations! This was a birthday gift for my mom, and I really think she loved it!

This was a superb experience from start to finish. Jenna brought everything we needed and expertly walked us through the whole cooking process. She is a natural teacher, explaining fascinating and useful cooking tips that will serve us well far in the future. She made the whole experience pleasant and fun, and one that we won't soon forget. Oh, and did I mention the food was phenomenal? Every dish was delicious, and the baklava was the best we've ever had. Highly recommend!
