Cooking Class - Vegan-Style Surf And Turf
Vegan diners can enjoy the best elements of surf and turf thanks to this hands-on cooking class with Chef Strange. She'll teach you how to turn plant-based ingredients into your favorite steakhouse dishes, minus the meat.
Begin with fried cauliflower "shrimp" and "chicken," delicious enough to fool the most discerning meat-lover. Then, you'll create vegan crab cakes made with hearts of palm and served with roasted root vegetables topped with fresh garlic aioli. Indulge in dark chocolate mousse with strawberries for dessert, all vegan and all delicious.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
