Cooking Class - Father's Day Steakhouse Spectacular
Steak and potatoes get the royal treatment in a Father's Day cooking class fit for a king. You'll learn special recipes and professional techniques necessary to create a multi-course gourmet steak celebration that's sure to let Dad know how much you appreciate him.
Begin your lesson with a bruschetta bar featuring crostini and a selection of Italian meats and cheeses. Then, prepare a perfectly seared filet mignon served with sweet potato mash on the side. Sweeten the deal with a batch of orange and olive oil cakelets for dessert.
