Eliza was a wonderful host, chef, and teacher. She brought so much positive energy and feedback to our lesson. She was also extremely kind and patient. We really enjoyed ourselves and feel like we made some friends along the way. We can’t recommend her enough and would probably do another class in the future or stop by her popup in Carlsbad.
