In this hands-on cooking class, you'll join Chef Marc as he teaches you how to create bold Spanish dishes using authentic cooking techniques and traditional Spanish seasonings.
You'll kick things off with a tapas-style potato omelette before crafting the main masterpiece: Classic seafood paella Valenciana featuring fluffy saffron rice, lemon and a mix of fresh shrimp, calamari, mussels, clams and scallops. Lastly, you'll conclude your Spanish feast on a sweet note with a creamy cheese custard dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
