Immerse yourself in the indulgent world of French cuisine in this hands-on course.
French cuisine is decadent, delicate and delicious. In this cooking class, Chef Marc will provide his professional culinary expertise to show you how to make four classic French dishes. You'll learn to make a perfectly textured cheese soufflé and the deft culinary techniques necessary for making complex dishes.
You'll also prepare a chicken cordon bleu recipe that you'll get to recreate for dinner whenever you want it, mouthwatering fondant potatoes and a delightful chablis wine sauce. Enjoy making a sweet apple tart for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I took my mom as a Christmas gift and also brought my girlfriend along, and we all had a great time! Chef Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share his many experiences. The only thing that was better than the experience, was the food itself. The chicken cordon bleu and sauce was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. Highly recommend!
