You'll learn to make a perfectly textured cheese soufflé and the deft culinary techniques necessary for making complex dishes.
You'll also prepare a chicken cordon bleu recipe that you'll get to recreate for dinner whenever you want it, mouthwatering fondant potatoes and a delightful chablis wine sauce. Enjoy making a sweet apple tart for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With 50 years of experience in the culinary industry as a chef and restaurateur, Chef Marc is no stranger to cooking and certainly no stranger to cooking delicious food.
