Cooking Class - Greek With Midwestern Twists

The incredible Greek dishes taught in this engaging cooking class will be your new dinner go-tos. Join Chef Mary Jane as she teaches techniques and recipes you will use time and time again.

To begin, you'll stuffed grape leaves with rice and beef to make dolmas enjoyed with a tangy lemon sauce. Next, fry crispy falafel balls to serve with a cucumber yogurt sauce on fresh pita bread, and build a fresh tomato cucumber salad with greens and olives tossed in a tahini dressing. For dessert, learn how to make indulgent honey-infused baklava.

From the moment we arrived we were treated as special guests in her beautiful home! Easy conversation and delicious food were in abundance. Chef Mary Jane taught us how to make a complete meal from appetizer to dessert, showing us that what we thought "might be difficult" was really not that hard to do at all! We highly recommend this as a date night activity!
