Aspiring young cooks join Chef Marc for an introduction to classic French cooking.
In this cooking class designed for kids and teens, they will be introduced to the fundamentals of French cuisine. Chef Marc will guide them as they prepare a selection of traditional French dishes and the chef's childhood favorites.
Begin with a signature French onion soup with the classic accouterments. Next, the chef will guide the kids as they build an iconic French classic, croque Monsieur, with smoked ham, brioche bread, Swiss cheese and a luscious béchamel sauce. For dessert, they will learn how to bake a traditional French apple tart.
A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 8-15.

I took my mom as a Christmas gift and also brought my girlfriend along, and we all had a great time! Chef Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share his many experiences. The only thing that was better than the experience, was the food itself. The chicken cordon bleu and sauce was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. Highly recommend!

With 50 years of experience in the culinary industry as a chef and restaurateur, Chef Marc is no stranger to cooking and certainly no stranger to cooking delicious food.
