In this gourmet cooking class, you’ll handcraft a menu of fine dining classics completely from scratch. Chef David will help you enhance your culinary skills as he teaches you how to make this impressive spread from appetizer to dessert.
Begin by making a tart brimming with onions, cheese and eggs for your starter. Then, learn how to expertly prepare tender beef and buttery lobster, and a stunning potato galette studded with herbs. End your steakhouse feast with a rich chocolate fondant highlighted by sweet caramel.

Chef David was fantastic! He cooked a beautiful and delicious meal, and told us stories of his experiences cooking around the world as a Master Chef.
Before Chef David was an executive chef and owner of a restaurant in Switzerland, he had made appearances on a Food Network cooking show, hosted a show of his own and owned several restaurants in Iowa. At the time, he was the only French chef in Iowa. Chef David knows his way around the kitchen and is passionate about sharing his love of indulgent flavors and new culinary techniques with new audiences.
