In this hand-on cooking class, Chef Steve will teach you to prepare flavorful soups and stews with easy-to-understand, step-by-step instructions.
First, practice your knife skills as you slice and dice veggies for a broccoli and cauliflower salad. Then, you'll get started on the spicy chili and the hearty clam chowder, learning how to infuse these dishes with flavor as you cook. As the stews simmer, you'll bake fluffy cornbread to pair with both dishes. For dessert, you'll bake a fresh apple crisp served à la mode with vanilla ice cream.
