Learn how to prepare a wholesome and delectable vegetarian Indian feast.

Chef Teena's class begins with gluten-free rajma masala, a classic kidney bean curry, and a classic aloo gobi with curried potatoes and cauliflower. Up next is shahi pulao, a fragrant basmati rice flavored with saffron-infused rose water and a beautiful blend of dried fruits and nuts for added flavor and crunch.

This delicious and wholesome spread is complemented with your choice of a refreshing mango lassi, chai tea masala or golden turmeric milk.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Teena was so lovely, warm and inviting. Our class genuinely felt like we were being invited into her home with her hospitality and stories about how each dish tied back to her family and culture. She was thorough, fun and super helpful. It was a great experience for me and my wife! Teena and Jing were prepared and helpful. It was like a friend teaching a friend. Teena had little quizzes to make sure we were picking up the recipe and Jing was wonderful in helping getting everything organized. We will definitely take another class!
