Your four-course lesson gets underway with a classic caprese salad with fresh basil and tender mozzarella. Create a creamy mushroom risotto as the star of the show and broccoli rabe flavored with the robust sweetness of caramelized onions. For dessert, enjoy a lesson in traditional Italian sweets while baking a batch of pignolis and marzipan cookies.

Great Experience. My girlfriend enjoyed the evening on her birthday. The food was amazing! I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. Loved how he created a phenomenal atmosphere and meal with my little utensils. He was great, I would definitely do it again.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time with chef Bryhiem. He was knowledgeable and a friendly host! The food we cooked was amazing. Especially the salmon! Yum!

Chef Bryhiem is a true culinary professional and is passionate about sharing his love of food and wine with others. He provided us with a wonderful culinary experience. If you are in NYC and have the chance, I highly recommend taking his classes and hiring him as your next private chef!

He’s also served as sommelier, sous chef and chef de cuisine in several acclaimed restaurants around Manhattan. Combining his various talents in a singular role, Chef Bryheim now adds the title of culinary instructor to the list.
