Seared seafood is a singular delight, as you'll learn in this informative cooking class with Chef Bryhiem. It's the centerpiece of a seafood meal that's sure to satisfy. He'll teach you the secrets to achieving ultimate flavor while keeping your selections tender, flaky and succulent.
Your lesson begins with seared scallops prepared in a corn broth. Then, prepare seared salmon with crispy skin, served with a mint pea purée and sautéed wild mushrooms to serve with it. A decadent brioche bread pudding awaits you for dessert at the end.
