Learn how to create the perfect homemade pizza dough and indulgent Sicilian donuts.
Get ready to make pizza like a professional! In this hands-on class with Chef Ashley, you'll learn all of the ins and outs for pizza making, including how to make dough with the perfect consistency and how to bake it.
You'll make a traditional Margherita pizza in addition to a savory sausage, grape and onion pizza and end by frying up authentic Sicilian donuts tossed in cinnamon sugar. Chef Ashley will also show you how to prepare a tangy pear and gorgonzola salad with mixed greens and vinaigrette.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Since graduating from Stratford University, Chef Ashley has been strengthening and sharing her skills in the pastry arts. The certified pastry chef loves baking sweet and savory dishes from decadent pastries to fresh bread. With experience as a volunteer instructor, culinary event assistant and cooking competition participant, Chef Ashley is excited to share her knowledge with those wanting to expand their baking skills.
