Cooking Class - Handmade Chinese Dumplings

Learn how to make classic Chinese dumplings from scratch with Chef Keith.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Keith will guide you as you make Chinese dumplings from start to finish.

Warm up your knife skills by preparing Napa cabbage and fresh vegetables for a Chinese chicken salad with homemade dressing. Learn how to make gyoza and wonton wraps from scratch by rolling out your own dough and cutting it to size. Fill and shape the dumplings then pan fry the potstickers and practice using a bamboo steam basket to cook your wontons. Pair your dumplings with classic umami dipping sauces.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Keith was fantastic! He is clearly a highly talented chef, but more importantly he is an excellent and patient teacher. He was able to help us feel comfortable in the kitchen and we walked away knowing we could reproduce everything from that night on our own. Overall an amazing night with good food and fun conversations!
