Clean eating is in the spotlight in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Gabriel. He'll teach you how to create delicious dishes with a healthy touch you'll feel good serving your family.
This super-nutritious spread begins with a roasted beet salad topped with walnuts and goat cheese, while fresh shrimp adds a distinct sea-forward flavor to classic Thai coconut soup. Prepare a ground turkey entrée peppered with Thai basil and a sweet-yet-fiery honey-Sriracha sauce. And for dessert, whip up a plate of roasted pears and sweet figs.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
