Learn to create traditional Thai dishes at home with this in-person cooking class from Chef Libby. It's a combination of technique, tradition and taste that adds a worldly touch to your personal cuisine!
Start by preparing a batch of barbecue pork spring rolls loaded with veggies and a creamy peanut-hoisin sauce for dipping. Then, create a tofu pad Thai complete with rice noodles, eggs and bean sprouts. Cook up an authentic green curry served with chicken and jasmine rice entrée. And a refreshing mango-coconut-lime sorbet awaits you for dessert at lesson's end.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
