Cooking Class - Classic German Cuisine
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare classic dishes from Bavaria. Chef Casey will teach you the secrets to crafting spectacular German food using traditional cooking techniques and time-honored ingredients.
First, prepare authentic jagerschnitzel — a breaded and lightly-fried pork cutlet topped with creamy mushroom sauce. Next, learn how to make spaetzle, a classic Bavarian egg noodle with emmentaler cheese. For dessert, Chef Casey will teach you how to make German ice cream from scratch — the perfect end to an amazing meal.
