Cooking Class - Elegant and Simple Fare
Join Chef Carlos as he teaches you that preparing elevated yet simple dishes is not as difficult as it may seem. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to delicately balance an array of flavors, textures and ingredients using professional cooking techniques.
Start by layering smoked salmon canapés with crusty baguettes, dill, capers and white onion. Then toss together a French country salad with beets, pecans, goat cheese and more before preparing a creamy chicken entrée with mushrooms and spinach. For dessert, learn how to bake a homemade lemon berry cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
