Master the fundamentals of sushi rolling in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Irma. From seasoning rice to selecting the right ingredients and sauces, every step of this session is designed to give you the confidence and technique to recreate restaurant-quality sushi rolls at home.

 

You'll work through three classic sushi rolls – a California roll with crab stick, avocado and cream cheese, a spicy tuna roll with raw tuna, red bell pepper and toasted sesame seeds and a crunchy Philadelphia roll with smoked salmon, cucumber and crispy fried onions. Along the way you'll learn to handle nori, roll with a bamboo mat and slice cleanly for a gourmet-looking finish. Book your spot today.
