Cooking Class - Gourmet Hors d'Oeuvres
Say goodbye to repetitive appetizers and hello to elevated hors d'oeuvres. In this cooking class, Chef Carlos will reveal four fun recipes for those who want to learn how to cook small plates that rival restaurant catering.
Using high-quality ingredients and smart cooking techniques, Chef Carlos will begin by teaching you how to prepare a classic chicken Caesar wrap with bacon and shaved Parmesan, and crispy spring rolls filled with chicken, shrimp and vegetables. Then, you'll layer and cook chicken cordon bleu bites and bake up a decadent cherry chocolate molten cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
