This fully interactive cooking class with Chef Jose features a vegetarian menu focused on classic international favorites. Uncover the secrets to traditional recipes from Spain and France as you learn how to transform raw produce into beautiful and impressive meals.
Begin class by crafting fluffy potato croquetas and vegetable-loaded empanadas from scratch, and then frying them until warm and crispy. For the main dish, put together a hearty paella composed entirely of fresh vegetables and well-seasoned rice. For the finale, discover how to make your own homemade crème brûlée.
