From filling fresh spring rolls with a savory peanut sauce to building a rich chickpea and cauliflower curry, this vegan menu is bursting with nutrients and bold flavors. You'll also try your hand at a traditional lemon grass soup and homemade coconut ice cream in this plant-based adventure into Thai cuisine.

Chef Carrie was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She was an amazing teacher, kept us fully engaged, and we had so much fun learning new techniques. Her space is beautiful and a perfect place to host a culinary class. I highly recommend Chef Carrie to anyone in the LA/Pasadena area!

Carrie is an easy going and knowledgeable chef and teacher. Her falafel meatballs, Tuscan soup, and stone fruit dessert were so delicious! Even though I can cook, I don't love to do it, and I often lack inspiration. Chef Carrie gives great ideas, tips, and insider info that helped me understand what to cook and why to do it. I had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend for a date night or for a new experience!

A certified nutritionist and health coach, Chef Carrie owns her own nutrition consulting business, and is dedicated to helping others build their knowledge of whole food ingredients, culinary techniques, knife skills and enticing flavor profiles. She has worked and taught in cafés, community centers and local colleges, and Chef Carrie just published her first cookbook.
