Chef Steve takes you on a culinary journey through three cuisines: Japanese, Italian and French.

Learn how to handcraft a gourmet global meal from three different cultures in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Steve where you'll use high-quality ingredients and learn professional cooking techniques.

Start with dynamite shrimp with soy sauce and chili sauce, then prepare Parmesan risotto with carnaroli rice, which hails from Northern Italy and contains more starch for creaminess than arborio rice. Create another Italian dish — chicken piccata — with lemon, capers and white wine. Lastly, whip up a simple French chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Steven created an even better experience than we ever could have imagined. His teaching is very easy to follow and it is easy to see how much knowledge he has about food. It was so wonderful picking fresh herbs from his garden to incorporate into our meal. We had the best, freshest dinner that we have ever had. I cannot wait to book another experience with him!
