Cooking Class - New American Favorites Made Healthy
This cooking class with Chef Theotis features healthy alternatives to classic New American dishes made using high-quality, non-processed ingredients. You’ll prepare four recipes (even dessert!) that all promote a healthy lifestyle centered around a clean food diet.
Begin by making buffalo meatballs using ground chicken and fresh vegetables as well as perfectly roasted salmon with garlic and fresh herbs. You’ll also purée cauliflower into a flavorful and wonderfully textured side dish and prepare cheesecake bites using Greek yogurt and honey.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
