In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Theotis, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the sous vide cooking method, beginning with choosing high-quality ingredients, including steaks and fresh produce.
Chef Theotis will show you how to cook steakhouse-style steak and poach lobster by vacuum sealing the meats and immersing them in warm water until they are cooked evenly. He will also demonstrate how to prepare asparagus to enhance its natural flavors and teach you a recipe for a pear dessert with cream and white wine.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was THE BEST Experience Ever. Chef Theo was a warm, personality. He gave instructions & tips that I will remember and use when I get in the kitchen. The presentation and layout was great!! The Food - Honestly 10 stars! Every bite was beyond delicious!

Chef Theo showed me how to cook cajun shrimp and grits. He was very descriptive on his cooking steps and showed me how to use a garlic press. His final presentation was beautiful and elegant. He was super friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

Having spent over 15 years in the culinary industry, Chef Theotis has done it all, from serving and managing to cooking for celebrities. Currently, he operates his own restaurant and catering business in Fayetteville. Chef Theotis is a certified personal chef and has also taught cooking classes for the past 10 years. He enjoys teaching meal prep and how to create homestyle meals that include the whole family.
