Roll your way to sushi perfection with guidance from Chef Libby.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Libby will teach you how to prepare classic sushi rice and roll perfect maki as you practice the techniques to create a Japanese-inspired feast from scratch.
Discover the different types of miso to use in a light and flavorful miso soup with tofu and seaweed, then batter and fry your own crispy vegetable tempura. Next, you'll learn how to craft two types of sushi, including a spicy tuna roll and vegetarian futomaki as the centerpiece for this impressive sushi feast.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
