Join Chef Libby on a culinary journey through Spain as you prepare four of the country's most popular recipes using high-quality ingredients and learning cooking techniques you'll use time and time again.
Begin by toasting Marcona almonds with sea salt and herby rosemary, then make patatas bravas — a spicy potato dish. Next, Chef Libby will teach you the techniques needed to build an authentic paella, including how to choose rice, properly handle shellfish and cook sofrito for a bold paella. Finish with crema Catalana, Spain’s twist on a crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
