Cooking Class - Vegetarian North Indian Cuisine
Indian cuisine is as vibrant and diverse as its homeland with a long tradition of vegetarian fare. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Pooja will guide you in creating three courses of regional dishes, from a favorite vegetable-filled snack to a creamy butter masala.
Using high-quality ingredients, begin your exploration of North Indian cuisine by preparing kabab patties, using spices to build the complex flavors of paneer butter masala, and mastering the essential techniques for onion jeera pulao. Finish with badam sheera, a smooth and creamy almond dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
