Learn how to create classic Japanese recipes with simple modern twists.
Chef Rocky has four traditional Japanese dishes to teach you, each with a modern twist, from appetizer to dessert. Throughout this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn smart cooking techniques and use high-quality ingredients.
First, you'll prepare edamame served three ways and handcraft green tea salmon-filled rice balls. Using customary ingredients, such as pork chashu and enoki mushrooms, Chef Rocky will teach you how to brew the perfect shoyu ramen, then make a sweet sorbet from condensed milk and lychee fruit for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
