Dine like your favorite Upper East Siders in this Gossip Girl-themed holiday feast. Chef Meg has prepared a four-course menu as lavish as Blair and as fun as Serena.
Begin this holiday feast by learning how to prepare crispy Brussels sprouts tossed with dried cranberries, blue cheese and pears. Next, make an elegant grilled cheese à la Serena with truffle. Chef Meg will also teach you how to create a creamy butternut squash bisque and Blair's favorite spice-infused pumpkin pie. Until next time, XOXO.

Chef Meagan is fantastic! She focuses on plant based cuisine and she takes time to fully explain her ingredient choices and how to make cooking more simple. Her food is beautiful and she is very skilled in the kitchen. I highly recommend her for anyone in the Miami area who wants to learn more about plant based cooking!

Chef Meg began cooking professionally in high school before starting a career as a private chef that took her to NYC, LA and Miami. She's catered dinner parties and private events for the last six years. In addition to her vast experience as a culinary professional, Chef Meg also brings a passion for plant-based cooking to her classes and hopes to reach students eager to learn more about the incredible possibilities of eating green.
