Learn to make North Indian favorites like butter chicken and samosas in this interactive class.

Join Chef Pravy for an adventure into North Indian cooking, which just happens to be where many Westerners' favorite Indian dishes originate. You'll learn how the spices and flavors of the region combine into delectable dishes.

Using traditional cooking techniques, Chef Pravy will teach you how to make samosas with peas and potatoes as well as a classic lentil soup. For the main dish, you'll prepare an Indian food favorite — creamy butter chicken — and end on a sweet note with rice pudding sweetened with sugar and spiced with cardamom.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
