Find your "home on the range" with these campfire-inspired recipes that wrangle up gourmet flavors.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Warren, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet, multi-course steakhouse meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.

Chef Warren will begin by teaching you how to construct a hearty wedge salad studded with bacon, walnuts, and bleu cheese. For the main course, you will learn how to make your own homemade chimichurri to top your skirt steak as well as herbed and roasted red potatoes. Lastly, end on a sweet note with homemade chocolate lava cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great time with Chef Warren for the Steakhouse and Cowboy favorites class. He was very personable and took the time to walk us through everything regarding cooking and prep techniques. I purchased this class for my girlfriend's birthday and we were both extremely impressed with the overall experience. Would highly recommend it.

Chef Warren is a certified dietary manager, and member of the American Culinary Federation with more than a decade of professional culinary experience under his belt. After completing a culinary arts internship, Chef Warren has held titles including food service director and culinary manager. He has also graduated many inmates from a cooking program he taught to help offenders develop food service and culinary skills.
