Across four courses, Chef Carly will teach you the culinary techniques and tricks you need to prepare a variety of starters that are bound to delight friends and family alike at your next gathering.
Begin by filling mushrooms with cream cheese, onions and Parmesan, then you'll prepare sweet and savory brown sugar bacon wrapped chicken bites. Next, combine the flavors of sweet potatoes, guacamole, tangy cotija cheese and black beans, and end with macaroni bites prepared with gruyere, white cheddar, Parmesan and cream cheese.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Carly’s passion for cooking began at a young age and her calling to become a chef eventually became loud enough to pull her away from her corporate career and begin a career in the culinary world. Fast forward to today and Chef Carly is now the owner and executive chef of her own catering company which offers clients everything from meal prep and catering to personal chef services to cooking classes and beyond!
