Get ready to experience Italian foods that most think are French but have Italian roots!
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Alexis, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Italian menu and discover how the cross-utilization of ingredients in these dishes best represents Italian cuisine.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include an ahi tuna appetizer with blood orange vinegar and microgreens, a burrata and stone fruit salad with mint and chili oil, handmade cappelletti pasta tossed with a homemade white wine butter cream sauce and finished with grana padano cheese, and macarons for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Alexis was amazing! She is so relaxed and pleasant, always smiling making you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I really enjoyed learning about her culinary background and the reason she has certain personal favorite cuisines. Thank you for sharing each of the steps with such patience and detail so that we understand the reason behind your methods. The food we created was delicious and the class was a lot of fun! Chef Alexis is a recipe developer and private chef who brings nearly a decade of professional culinary experience to the table. After graduating from culinary school, Chef Alexis has had the opportunity to further hone her craft in a variety of kitchens and roles. She specializes in French cuisine as well as Asian-Spanish fusion and loves hosting cooking parties and creating menus that embrace the bounty of the season.
