In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kathy, you'll whip up good-for-you brunch favorites packed with flavor and high-quality ingredients while learning smart cooking techniques along the way.
During this four-course brunch class, you'll learn how to craft breakfast sausage completely from scratch with sage and maple, and prepare frittatas with a twist as you cook them with eggs, seasonal vegetables and cheese then roll them up. Next, you'll bake oatmeal with berries, nuts, vanilla and cinnamon, then blend up a fizzy, nourishing kombucha smoothie with greens and berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing time and Chef Kathy was so welcoming, kind and so thoughtful when it came to the details of our experience. It was wonderful!!! We definitely want to do it again. Chef Kathy is a talented, creative chef who has worked in the culinary industry for over 20 years as a caterer, a personal chef and a pastry chef specializing in exclusive wedding cakes. She is also well-versed in creating menus that meet specific needs, desires and diets, and is a certified Master Food Preserver. Chef Kathy has a passion for cooking and looks forward to sharing her knowledge, skills and techniques with you.
