In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kathy, you'll whip up good-for-you brunch favorites packed with flavor and high-quality ingredients while learning smart cooking techniques along the way.
During this four-course brunch class, you'll learn how to craft breakfast sausage completely from scratch with sage and maple, and prepare frittatas with a twist as you cook them with eggs, seasonal vegetables and cheese then roll them up. Next, you'll bake oatmeal with berries, nuts, vanilla and cinnamon, then blend up a fizzy, nourishing kombucha smoothie with greens and berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
