In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Richard, you will learn everything you ever wanted to know about braising — the secret to preparing meat that quite literally falls apart on your fork and melts in your mouth.
Chef Richard will show you all the steps involved in braising various meats, from choosing the cuts to choosing the finishing ingredients to solidify the flavor profiles and presentation. Some of the braised dishes you can look forward to mastering during this class include braised pork shoulder, baby back ribs, and beef brisket.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
