Begin by preparing marinated tacos al pastor garnished with an abundance of toppings, including cilantro, sweet onion, queso fresco cheese and grilled pineapple. Then you'll learn how to make savory and smokey pulled pork chile rellenos from scratch paired with a side of classic pinto refried beans. For dessert, you'll indulge in a crisp and creamy spiced Mexican chocolate fried ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Being the gravy queen was a title Chef Diane earned at a young age when it was one of the first things her mother made her perfect. While most of her dishes are gluten free, gluten lovers, don't despair! You won't even miss the flour in her chocolate chip cookies. The brand new house and kitchen are amazing with a big open floor plan with loads of room to roll up your sleeves and get to work, all the while enjoying sweeping views of the foothills.
