In this hands-on cooking class focused on Italian cuisine, Chef Eric will guide you through a selection of recipes using time-honored culinary techniques and high-quality ingredients.
Some of the dishes you’ll craft under Chef Eric’s expert guidance are homemade focaccia and whipped herb butter with root vegetables and balsamic glaze, handmade pasta dough you'll shape into spaghetti served with marinara sauce and Parmesan, and a dessert of refreshing fruit sorbet and whipped mascarpone.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Eric is a formally educated chef passionate about sharing his love of cooking with others. He has nearly a decade of professional experience under his belt and has worked in James Beard award-winning and Michelin-starred kitchens. Most recently, he helped to establish a restaurant in Chicago and was responsible for developing what is now an acclaimed menu featuring seasonal recipes and locally sourced ingredients.
