Cooking Class - Authentic Tapas and Paella
Chef Marc, who was born and raised in Barcelona, is excited to share this hands-on tapas and paella class that captures his experiences growing up. Get ready to explore the authentic flavors, ingredients and textures of Spain!
Your culinary adventure begins with pan con tomate and anchovies, imported manchego cheese, and the most popular of all tapas: Traditional garlic shrimp. Then, it's on to paella brimming with calamari, shrimp, mussels and vegetables. And to add some sweetness, crema catalana for dessert — the Spanish version of crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
