Your journey begins with a lesson in making a traditional New England clam chowder with tips for sourcing authentic ingredients. Then, you’ll prepare a creamy coleslaw from scratch, and turn a pan-fried cod filet and homemade tartar sauce into a savory fish sandwich. End your adventure by crafting fresh vanilla pastry cream, moist butter cake, and chocolate glaze into a delicious Boston cream pie.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
