Cooking Class - Gourmet Italian Pastas
In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will learn how to prepare three regional Italian pastas completely from scratch using an array of fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian cooking techniques.
Some of the gourmet Italian pasta dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include pillowy potato gnocchi swimming in a garlicky wild mushroom alfredo sauce, angel hair pasta brushed with homemade pesto and a dollop of crème fraiche, and spicy ravioli with sweet Italian sausage, aged blue cheese, and pomodoro sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
