Cooking Class - Pacific Rim Culinary Journey
In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will learn how to prepare a four-course menu using familiar and exotic ingredients as well as bright and bold flavor profiles typically found in cuisines around the Pacific Rim.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include hot and sour Thai prawn soup featuring fresh ginger and lemongrass, a spicy Thai cucumber salad with fresh herbs, a seared Chinese five spice pork tenderloin, mango pineapple sorbet, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
